Life experiences have a way of becoming encoded in our bodies and minds and these become non-conscious automatic patterns of how we experience ourselves, perceive the world, and relate to others. These "implicit" patterns and can set us up to experience stress and even contribute to illness and pain.
Implicit memory operates automotically and can be beneficial when it comes to things like driving a car; you don't have to think about how much pressure to put on the accelorator or brake. When it comes to how we relate to each other and how we manage stress, it might not be helpful.
I am trained in methods to help you become aware of the implicit patterns that no longer serve you. Together we will identify the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings you want to change to develop more ease, skillfulness and empowerment in your life. My goal is to provide the support and environment that allows you to re-connect with your own unique strenths and abilities and recover your birth right to a vital and meaningful life.
